ALTBalaji has shown no signs of slowing down with their new Gandii Baat style title, “Hai Taubba,” which is a compilation of urban legends. It has captured the essence of the theme as well as the theme itself by incorporating stories from many ages. ALT Balaji Hai Taubba chapter 3 features a large number of well-known actors.
Remember the Hai Taubba chapter 2 when they have certain time period stories to tell you about? Chapter 3 is no exception since it comprises four stories set in a variety of historical periods. All of the stories are based on Indian rituals and traditions that are considered forbidden.
As is customary for ALTBalaji web series, the cast is a who’s who of Hollywood celebrities. In the local OTT web series, as well as through their app, you can find a number of well-known actors who have gained popularity.
Starring Aabha Paul, Arshiya Arshi, Poulomi Polo Das, Amika Shail, Rutpanna Aishwarya, Ekawali Khanna, Swati Sharma, and a host of other actresses. Director Rohan Ghose and actresses Sangieta Rao and Siddhartha Mukherjee are behind the Hai Taubba serial.
“My character is someone who is totally lovely and caring,” Arshiya explained when asked about her role in the film. This character has a female companion, and I believe that this is the most interesting aspect of the character. I was a little anxious at first, but I had a good time on the sets. The director, my co-actors, and the rest of the team were all quite friendly. By the end of it, we felt like we were part of a family.”
When asked if she had any reservations about portraying a lesbian in her OTT debut, Arshiya responded emphatically, “Not at all.” I didn’t even give it a second thought. For me, it was just a fascinating character to observe.”
The third volume of the unashamedly lauded Hai Taubba will focus on women and encourage them by praising their decisions without reservation. The focus of the new chapter will be on women who refuse to conform to society’s expectations and who make the decision to break free from their mundane lives in order to live the lives they genuinely desire.
These are stories on subjects that are considered taboo in today’s culture. It graphically depicts the flaws in the lives of these women, as well as their willingness to accept these flaws in order to effect change in the existing quo and live their lives to the maximum extent possible.
