Voot Asur Season 1 Review
The crime thriller web series Asur enlightens the intellect of two forensic professionals trapped in a cat-and-mouse game with someone who slays people for his religious beliefs. Dhananjay Rajput, a CBI officer portrayed by Arshad Warsi has been blamed for the murder of his wife. Nikhil Nair (played by Barun Sobti), his former colleague is the sole person with expertise and readiness to resolve the mystery.
However, before Nair could take hold of the condition, he finds himself entwined in serial killings. The script entails several dynamic facets linking both mythology and science with creativity. Common opinions of gods (devas), demons (asuras), the social structure, and a skirmish between them, justice & injustice, virtues & vices, karma, moral flexibilities, and so on, are all placed under the radar in a way or another.
