Loki will premiere on Disney+ Hotstar on Wednesday, but it will not be available in all four languages — English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu — as originally promised.
The Tamil and Telugu dubbed versions of Loki have been postponed indefinitely, according to WSR. Disney+ Hotstar did not provide any explanations for the delay, only stating that Loki will be released “soon” in Tamil and Telugu. If I had to guess, it’s probably related to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
India is gradually emerging from a pseudo-national lockdown that had shut down film production in the majority of states. This makes recording voice talent and the post-production work required to edit it into Loki episodes difficult.

Loki premieres on Disney+ Hotstar on June 30 at 12:30 p.m. IST. Loki is currently available in English (via Disney+ Hotstar Premium) and Hindi (via Disney+ Hotstar VIP) in India. When Loki is released in Tamil and Telugu, you will need to purchase a Disney+ Hotstar VIP subscription, which costs Rs. 399 per year.
