The web series Hundred has been streamed on the Disney+ Hotstar platform from 25 April and is available for all to watch now. The news of having only 100 days won’t be easy for anyone to digest. But the point is, “Would be spending those last days crying & pitying yourself or would to try to make the best of it?” And that’s exactly what this web series tries to tell us.
Close on the heels of well-known actors from Bollywood making a beeline for the OTT space, this time it is Lara Dutta and Rinku Rajgurav making their digital debut with the web series Hundred. Also, there are several other familiar faces performing in the series.

Rinku Rajgurav as Netra: Netra a selfless, honest civil servant, and the only wage earner in her family. But her world turns upside down when she learns about her brain tumor and merely has a hundred days of life. Knowing that Netra grieves for a while and then outlines a bucket list deciding to transform her life around and do what she always wished to do.
Lara Dutta as ACP Saumya: Being an unapologetic individual living on her own terms, Saumya doesn’t mind using her closer one for her own benefit. She wants to prove her capability in the male-dominated profession but is never given an opportunity despite having a strong personality and position.

As the story moves, Saumya can be seen giving the slightly downhearted Netra new purpose. The ACP asks Netra to be her informer and spend final days in a mist of thrill. And then comes ahead of an entertaining ride. You can surely feel the bond developed between the kooky adventurer and tough cop. Even the other characters have given complete justice to their roles.
All in all, the eight-episode web series is worth a watch with several twists and turns along with a pinch of humor and action. And the cliffhanger endings of each episode will certainly make you toggle the “Next Episode” button without thinking twice.
