Netflix Elite Season 2 Review – Everything You Need To Know

The Netflix Elite Season 2 came and went in a flash of 8 episodes. It seems like we were just welcomed by the students of Las Encinas, and now Nano is all set to murder Marina, a crime essentially performed by Polo and covered up by Carla (the boss-ass bitch) and Cristian (her fuck buddy).

The second installment was verified only 2 weeks after the Spanish-based teen series launched on October 6, 2018. But since then, there has been hardly any hint at what is below the hoods. But now the situation has changed. Here is everything you need to know about Elite season 2.

Netflix Elite Season 2 Release date

The next installment of the web series will launch on September 6, 2019. Marca tus calendarios (which means “mark your calendars” in Spanish). Netflix launched the web series’ launch date on its own Instagram accounts.

Who Will Return For Elite Season 2?

From the teaser alone by Netflix, it appears like most of the cast is all ready to make a comeback. Season 1 concluded with Itzán Escamilla (Samuel) promising to prove his brother Jaime Lorente’s (Nano) innocence. Álvaro Rico (Polo), the actual murderer, is on the verge of cracking while Ester Expósito (Carla) makes an effort to keep his mess together, so it seems like those two will have a huge role in the second season together with Miguel Herrán (Cristian), who assisted cover it up. Netflix declared that there will be not 1, not 2, but 3 new faces in the upcoming season, so fans can only imagine the fun they will have.

This also indicates that more of Omar Ayuso (Omar) and Arón Piper (Ander) along with Mina El Hammani (Nadia) and Miguel Bernardeau (Guzmán) will be shown. But Nadia may have to pry away Guzmán from Danna Paola’s (Lu’s) grip one more time.

The only abrupt entry here is of Marina. With the true story already narrated and her character dies, the series might go on without Maria Pedraza. Even though she does not show up in the trailer, we have a feeling that users might have another Hannah Baker case with possible visions and flashbacks.

What Will Elite Season 2 Be About?

Considering the trailer, we are going to predict that the second installment of the web series will be about Samuel making an attempt to find that it was Polo, Carla, and Christian who covered up the murder of Marina.

“You’re not going to take me down,” Carla says in the clip. Taking into consideration the fact that Guzmán is very good at understand out the secrets of people, he will likely know sooner or later that his sister was killed by his best friend.
