Chintu ka Birthday Movie Story

We sincerely hope that the audience will like this surprise and the innocence of Chintu (and his family) will melt your hearts. Although the film is set in Iraq in 2004, the current situation, where we are locked in our homes with our families, is no different. We must live every moment, love each other and have faith that this too will pass.”

The root of the film is captured in a very subtle way, highlighting the most honest and genuine feelings in the trailer. It shares a glimpse of Chintu’s family wanting to make a cake and celebrate his birthday despite the lockdown. As seen in the trailer, the film revolves around a middle-class family trying to celebrate the birthday of a 6-year-old while dealing with an extraordinary situation in Iraq, a war-torn country.

The film was screened in 18 cities during the Jagran Film Festival in 2019 which received tremendous response from all over the place, with Najitan winning the Best Film (Viewer’s Choice Award).
